Pre-Production Inspection

Our QC conducts pre-production inspection prior to mass production, or at the beginning of the production process. The Initial Production check allows an early prevention of defective materials/components/accessories and timely corrections if needed.

Our main check points are as below:

-   Check the quantity and quality of raw materials and main components that will be used in your products.
-   Check factory production capacity and quality control ability.
-   Evaluate the production line running.
-   Ensure the calibration and accuracy of production equipments.
-   monitor the production schedule.

Performing a pre-production inspection will help you to:

-   Avoid misunderstanding.
-   Make sure your requirements are well understood.
-   Avoid usage of wrong material, wrong colors etc., verify that your product specifications are being met early.

During Production Inspection

Our QC conducts during production inspection when at least 20%-30% of an order has been completed. It can discover problems during actual production and ensure that contract product specifications are being met. It also helps you determine whether the production process is on schedule.

Our main check points are as below:

- Check the quantity and monitor the production schedule.
- Evaluate the production status during the manufacturing process.
- Randomly inspect the finished products and evaluate if the product matches the specifications, packaging and marking etc.
- Ensure your standard of products are meet or not.
- Give advices to improve product quality and minimize defects.

Final Random Inspection

Our QC conducts final random inspection when production finishes and at least 80% of products are packed and ready for shipment. Samples are selected at random from finished goods and checked against your specifications and accordingly to ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, MIL-STD-105E, BS6001, DIN40080, ISO2859 or NFX06-022.

Our main check points are as below:

- Quantity check
- Style, color and material check
- Workmanship check
- Functionality check
- Size measurement & weight check
- Labeling & logos check
- Packaging & packing (including the shipping marks)
- Any other special requirements you may have

100% Piece By Piece Inspection

When goods are finished, 100% Inspection can be carried out before packaging or after packaging according to your request. Our inspectors check piece by piece for all conditions like general appearance, workmanship, functions, safety and label marking etc or other points required by clients, sorting out all defectives and finally sealing goods which pass inspection with HIS stickers.

Container Loading Supervision

Our QC monitors the loading process, verifying product quantity, container condition and ensuring the proper handling of your shipment. Quality spot-checks are performed before loading to ensure your order meets your standards. However, this examination is not as detailed as a PSI (pre-shipment inspection).

Our main check points are as below:

- Record the weather/ arrival time of container/ container No./ truck No.
- Check the inner & outer condition to see whether there is any damage/ wet/ hole/ peculiar smell.
- Check the quantity of goods loaded and record the condition of outer packaging (master cartons/ pallets).
- Randomly draw and open some cartons to verify that the goods meet with customer’s specification.
- Supervise the whole loading process.
- Record the seal No. and departure time of container.

Performing a loading supervision will help you to:

- Make sure what is loaded in your container.
- Perform a final check on the products, packing etc.
- Keep pressure on your vendor shoulders.

Production Monitoring

For the whole production process, E-best sends an inspector to the factory daily, weekly, or a certain period of time as per client’s request. In this service you will keep a safe pressure on your supplier.

Our main check points are as below:

- Report the production status and quality issues found in every visit.
- Randomly inspect the semi-finished products or finished products on all stages of production process and compare them with client’s approval samples and production specifications.
- Ensure the proper quality control policy being maintained and implemented during production line and all the defective products are being rejected by the factory QC.
- Provide corrective action to factory production management for defective products.
